Data We Collect
We collect identity information (name, date of birth, government ID), contact information (email, phone, address), financial information (bank details, transaction history, account balances), technical information (IP address, device identifiers, browser data), and usage information (platform interactions, feature usage, support communications). We only collect data that is necessary for delivering our services or fulfilling our regulatory obligations.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: verify your identity and comply with KYC obligations; provide, operate and improve our financial services; detect and prevent fraud, money laundering and other financial crime; communicate with you about your account; meet our legal and regulatory obligations; and improve our products through aggregated, anonymised analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data where legally permissible; object to processing; request restriction of processing; and data portability. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting us at privacy@fembills.com. We respond to all data subject requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain account data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by UK AML regulations and the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017. Transaction records are retained for 7 years. You may request deletion of data that is not subject to a mandatory retention obligation at any time after account closure.

Our DPO is available for all privacy-related enquiries. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time.
